Are you an experienced Product Marketing Manager within the medical device industry? Our client is currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to achieve growth across the portfolio through building and implementing strategic business plans.

Our client is a well-respected, unique medical device organisation who specialise in bariatric and GI surgical solutions across the UK and Europe. Focused on improving patient outcomes through their leading portfolio of minimally invasive surgical devices, they are dedicated to revolutionising patient care. With a product portfolio focused on therapies for a range of gastrointestinal conditions, their products are available in countries throughout the world with an impressive reputation for quality. 

The role 

As Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement Marketing strategy and plans for our clients’ key product portfolio. Working closely with the International Marketing Director, you will develop marketing plans and identify strategic regional objectives to improve customer satisfaction and drive product sales growth.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying Key Opinion Leaders in the market  

  • Acting as an international product champion 

  • Identifying and tracking market trends 

  • Supporting training and awareness activities  

  • Providing guidance on market opportunities  

  • Preparing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders 

  • Supporting the generation of updated guidelines 

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Supporting the business to achieve annual objectives  

  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures  

The requirements 

You will have experience as a Product Marketing Manager within the medical device industry. Other requirements include…  

  • Degree level educated in a relevant discipline 

  • Experience developing new markets for existing products  

  • Demonstrable innovation and solutions-oriented approach to your role  

  • Relevant market and clinical knowledge  

  • Experience in Bariatric, Endoscopy or Gastro field is desirable 

  • Strong presentation skills and able to lead, motivate, and influence others  
    Able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Strives in a fast-paced environment  

  • Fluent in a second European language, Italian, German, French, or Spanish is desirable   

  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently across Europe, and the rest of the world when required  

You will ideally be situated close to one of their two European officers either near Leeds/Harrogate in North Yorkshire, UK or in Gallarate, Varese area, North Italy.
