The role 
As Product Manager for Urology, you will be responsible for analysing the market for medical devices within the Urology product portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Business Unit Manager, you will support the creation and distribution of an effective marketing and sales strategy and in turn achieve the greatest ROI for our client.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Overseeing the introduction, change, and discontinuation of all products within the portfolio 

  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain relevant information for the company’s ERP system 

  • Coordinating and introducing all product introductions, key sales messages, and marketing activity to the business 

  • Participating in relevant supplier and planning meetings 

  • Preparing and presenting updates at internal marketing and sales meetings  

The requirements 

You will have at least 12 months experience in a medical device related product management, marketing, or sales role, (36 months is desirable) as well as: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related health-care field 

  • Prior experience in a urology discipline would be advantageous 

  • Analytical and able to present complex information in a simple and balanced way  

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to create effective marketing and sales strategies 

  • Full UK clean driving licence  

  • Flexibility and willing to travel across the UK and occasionally work unsociable hours
