Job description | One of the fastest growing software vendors in the UK is seeking a Product Director to continue their rapid international expansion. The company Our client is a market leading software provider that enables their customers to realise operational excellence and compliance whilst reducing costs and risk. Their exciting rise has been fuelled by consistent organic growth, PE backing and through strategic acquisitions to ensure their customers have access to the industry’s leading software solutions. Their cloud-based, future-proof software makes them a truly international pioneer and they have authored some of the most powerful and successful solutions globally within highly regulated markets. The role As a Product Director, you’ll have influence across the commercial face of the business, from Sales to Marketing to Product Management. You will generate a strategy for transforming new product opportunities into global customer acquisition, integrating fresh approaches into an existing framework of tools in order to navigate business growth. You’ll craft a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and lead, motivate and inspire commercial teams to uphold robust sales management processes. Other responsibilities include: - Assessing the company’s current product portfolio to identify new product and business growth opportunities
- Bring a global mindset and excellent communication and relationship skills to align a highly distributed leadership team and employee base
- Expand cross-sell opportunities; deepen existing customer relationships while generating new ones
- Setting a clear and accountable vision with appropriate performance metrics
The requirements You’ll have a wealth of commercial SaaS experience partnered with expert enterprise software industry and market knowledge, as well as: - Demonstrable experience of leading a cross-continental team through a matrix structure
- A track record of scaling, building and leading high-growth revenue software businesses
- An ability to significantly grow revenue and EDBIDTA
- Knowledge in developing and executing inorganic growth strategies
- Natural charisma with an ability to build credible customer relationships
- Analytical, methodological and detail-orientated
- Resilient, will-to-win attitude in challenging scenarios
