Do you get excited by solving complex and complicated software solutions? Our client is currently looking for a highly innovative Presales Solution Consultant to join their team in Perth.

The role

As a Presales Solution Consultant, you will identify and develop new business and help to close existing business. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales support, ensuring customers have the correct technical solutions to meet their needs. You will influence the way our clients’ customers utilise products and technologies on a day-to-day basis.  
Other responsibilities include:

  • Leading and participating in meetings with prospects 

  • Understanding customer requirements and business challenges 

  • Designing innovative technical solutions 

  • Preparing and presenting technical proposals and presentations 

  • Delivering story-driven demonstrations  

  • Answering complex technical enquires  

  • Establishing and developing strong relationships with stakeholders  


The requirements

You’ll have a strong understanding of technical engineering, application design and complex software solutions, as well as:

  • Degree level educated in a relevant technical discipline

  • Able to work in a matrix organisation 

  • Experience with Information Management in the Infrastructure Industries  

  • High level of business intelligence and commercial acumen

  • Able to build long term, customer focused relationships  

  • Enjoys leading and being part of a team  

  • Desire to work for a values-based organisation  

  • Focused, collaborative and passionate  

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

  • Willingness to learn 

  • Able and willingness to travel (33% travel)
