Do you possess a strong background in software configuration and SaaS systems? Our client, a renowned provider of software solutions, is looking for a tech-savvy Partner Enablement Consultant to join their team. 

The company 

Our client is a leading software vendor providing Environmental Health & Safety and Risk Management solutions. They strive to achieve operational excellence to develop a safer, more sustainable, and more productive world. The product can serve a diverse number of sectors, from oil, gas, and petrochemical to discrete manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government and many more. 

The role 

As a Partner Enablement Consultant, you will become a primary point of contact for partners throughout their project deliveries. You’ll bring your technical and business expertise to identify partners’ key business requirements and translate these into effective solution offerings. By playing a key role in educating partners on new products and best practices, you’ll ensure partners receive the very best support. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying and developing key partner contacts and relationships 

  • Determining the scope of implementation solutions as well as the modules to be leveraged 

  • Defining clear and robust business processes  

  • Acting as a change agent, able to identify areas for process improvement 

  • Providing product analysis, design functionality and feature support 

  • Producing and managing any partner-facing documentation 

  • Ensuring partners are trained to deliver on customer engagements 

  • Offering useful input into prospect proposals and risk mitigation plans 

  • Becoming a key contributor to the growth of the business 

  • Cross-collaborating with internal and external teams 

  • Working to become a domain expert


The requirements 

You’ll have 5+ years of experience delivering commercial projects via service organizations, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent

  • Experience with environmental emissions calculations and/or sustainability framework reporting 

  • Strong background in software configuration and SaaS systems 

  • At least 5 years’ experience working directly with customers and applying technology solutions to meet their requirements 

  • Experience working with bug tracking systems (including JIRA and DevOps)

  • Outstanding information gathering and problem-solving skills   

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare documentation 

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Proactive and able to credibly engage with customers 

  • Flexible and willing to travel both nationally and overseas (up to 20%)
