Our client is looking for a tech-savvy Operations Director to join their growing SaaS business in the UK to complement the existing leadership structure.

The role

Other responsibilities include… 

• Developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures 

• Leading the existing management structure responsible for the operations, implementation, and customer support functions 

• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements 

• Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams 

• Liaising with lawyers and external legal advisors, writing contracts and internal policies 

• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators  

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws 

The requirements

You’ll have proven experience as an Operations Director or similar role in a rapidly expanding SaaS business, as well as:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Experience working for a SaaS or technology vendor 

• Deep understanding of relevant regulations and laws, with particular focus on GDPR 

• Experience in creating and implementing operational strategies 

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams 

• Strong project management skills 

• Experience in using data analysis tools and software 

• Experience developing internal systems 

• Diligent with a keen eye for detail 

• A team player driven by growth  

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities 

• Strong understanding of IT concepts, SaaS, and cloud operations
