They are currently looking for an OEM Account Manager to join their team in Germany and drive sales growth.

The role

As an OEM Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in both new and existing accounts. Relationships are key to this role, you’ll be building long-lasting, meaningful relationships with customers to identify their unique needs and identify the right solutions for them. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Recognising sales opportunities in both new and existing accounts

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Identifying customer needs and proposing software solutions to meet these needs

  • Monthly sales and lead reporting

  • Analysing market data

  • Identifying market trends and opportunities

  • Developing strategic sales plans for the market

  • Working with the Business Development team on large-scale projects 

  • Representing the company at internal and external events


The requirements

You will have 3+ years of experience in a software sales role, with experience in positioning, developing, and growing large deals, as well as…

  • Degree level education in an engineering or aligned subject

  • Demonstrable track record developing and growing large, multi-site enterprise software and service deals 

  • Strong understanding of IIoT, Industry 4.0, Cloud computing and SaaS 

  • Experience developing and growing OEM relationships

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets  

  • Able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels

  • Able to negotiate and close contracts

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Willing and flexible to travel (up to 60%)
