Job description

Our client is looking for a talented New Business Manager to join their team in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the digital transformation of manufacturing.

The role 

As a New Business Manager, you’ll focus on building a network of relationships with clients in order to open up new sales opportunities for the company and expand its customer base. You’ll work as a consultant to build trust and credibility with customers, analysing their business requirements and providing tailored presentations that satisfy their expectations. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Building, managing and maintaining the sales pipeline 

  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities  

  • Creating and developing sales opportunities  

  • Ensuring rapid responses to sales requests 

  • Forming and maintaining  relationships with a variety of stakeholders 

  • Driving positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service 

  • Hitting and exceeding sales quota 

  • Providing accurate forecasting and reporting 

  • Maintaining a high knowledge of the company’s solutions and services 

The requirements 

You’ll have 3+ years of experience consulting B2B sales of complex Enterprise Software or SaaS solutions, as well as: 

  • Demonstrable experience in Lead Generation 

  • Experience in project management is desirable 

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and tools such as Sales Navigator 

  • Awareness and experience of business operations and business strategy  

  • Excellent communicator with an aptitude for developing successful relationships  

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently 

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively 

  • Analytical and a strategic thinker 

  • Full driving license and willing to travel across the territory
