Are you a charismatic individual with an aptitude for building rapport? Our client is searching for an MES Consultant to join a driven, team-orientated group of sales individuals in Poland and support industry digitalisation.

The role 
As an MES Consultant, you’ll provide crucial sales support that will solidify our client’s well-established position in Poland whilst facilitating growth across Europe. You will be an expert in the software portfolio and gain detailed insights into customer problems to tailor products into compelling offers that meet their requirements. This role will continue to utilise your technical ability by requiring you to grasp technical concepts and new technologies and translate this information to the audience.

• Assessing client needs, solving problems and adding value
• Conducting meetings both virtually and on the factory floor
• Building trustworthy relationships between stakeholders 
• Liaising with key influencers, including C-suite
• Presenting solutions to market
• Ensuring operational excellence for the customer base
• Coordinating and scheduling resources in collaboration with other departments

 
The requirements 
The ideal candidate will have a track record in a B2B sales role. A background in production management and/or product ownership, or experience in handling MES systems for production plants, is beneficial to this role. Other requirements include:

• Degree educated in an IT, engineering, automation or production management discipline
• An understanding of the FMCG industry or discrete production
• Competitive drive and determination 
• Excellent presentation, articulation and negotiation skills
• Able to liaise with a broad base of customers
  Strategic, analytical and tenacious
• Methodological with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Outstanding English verbal and written communications skills  
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel
