Our client, a globally recognised industry leader, is seeking a field-based Medical Sales Representative to join their Advanced Repair & Reconstruction (AR&R) Division and assist in the expansion of new and existing opportunities across the region.

The role

In this role, your goal is to expand and strengthen our client’s market position and become a leading supplier of AR&R solutions. You will execute all sales activity from pain identification, solution provision, product positioning, trials, contract negotiations and demand generation.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales strategy in line with business unit objectives 

  • Representing our client at national and international events

  • Providing field support and education to physicians  

  • Supporting local and EU Marketing Manager training activities 

  • Analysing market trends and activity to facilitate market growth

  • Driving KOL engagement to enhance developments 

  • CRM compliance as an aid to reflect territory management  

  • Completing tender and contract management


The requirements

You’ll have 3+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably within general theatre, as well as…

  • Degree educated within a clinical field

  • Thorough understanding of needs, analysis or solution selling 

  • Understands contract administration  

  • Be a motivated and strategic self-starter

  • Able to be agile and think creatively

  • Entrepreneurial attitude 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Comfortable developing and maintaining customer relationships 

  • Based across the North Thames & East Anglia 

  • Willing to travel for up to 80% of your time

  • A valid driver’s license
