The company 

Our client is the leading innovator in tele radiology and create specialised products to improve triage and radiologists to enhance their substantial skill and experience when saving lives. This is a great time to join a fast-growing health tech company who provide expansion capacity for the NHS to improve the effectiveness of radiology services across the UK.  

 
The role 
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the company’s marketing strategy with the aim of elevating the customers’ position in the health tech market, increase recruitment and retention and increase sales revenue.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Creating a monthly content and production calendar and implement the steps on time 

  • Delivering the email marketing strategy, with targeted communication very much at the core of your work 

  • Overseeing the website production and social media delivery 

  • Expanding media by creating podcast strategy, videos, and animations 

  • Harnessing strategic relationships with stakeholders to create a full comprehensive plan 

  • Maintaining a full suite of KPIs and MI to show baseline and improvements 

  • Creating monthly reports for the Board on progress against KPIs 

  • Line Managing both the CRM Administrator and Content Creator  

  • Travelling to attend events and to develop content  

The requirements 

You’ll have at least 3-4 years’ experience within a B2B or B2G marketing role, as well as: 

  • BA/MA Degree Educated in Marketing or equivalent  

  • Experience developing marketing plans, utilising content campaigns and digital platforms 

  • Highly confident across digital channels and building digital campaigns 

  • Analytical, hyper organised and able to manage conflicting deadlines 

  • Strong passion for Healthcare and the NHS 

  • High level of intelligence to understand the complexities of radiology 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) 

  • Exceptional project management experience 

  • Knowledge and experience of utilising LinkedIn and Twitter 

  • Experience in producing podcasts is desirable  

  • Experience in Spotler and Workbooks would be advantageous  

  • Flexible and willing to travel when required  

 
This role is office based in Hemel Hempstead, however, there is opportunity for some home working.
