Job description

Our client is currently seeking a creative, strategic and hands on leader to join their team across the NorDACH region as a Marketing Manager.  

 

The company 

Our client is a highly regarded medical device company. With a passion for improving patient care and saving lives, their devices are used in hospitals and care facilities around the world. These products are used within ICU, acute and long-term therapy departments within the NHS consisting of disposable consumable products within vascular access. 

 

The role 

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead, develop, and execute annual marketing plans, strategies, and key initiatives for assigned products and geographical regions. Through collaboration with other business units, you will identify and achieve common goals through your understanding of key customer and market trends to drive business.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Leading the launch of new products 

  • Developing a Sales playbook in collaboration with the NorDACH Management Team 

  • Developing pricing strategies to deliver on margin goals  

  • Serving as a point of all communication for assigned product programs 

  • Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders 

  • Ensuring all sales barriers are addresses and resolved  

  • Developing metrics to track marketing plans and programs 

  • Complying with all Policies, Procedures, and internal standards 

  • Monitoring promotional activity that impacts budgets  

 

The requirements 

You’ll have a bachelors degree plus 6-9 years of experience or MBA plus 4-7 years of experience, as well as:

  • Expertise in the health care market is desirable  

  • Fluent in German, English and either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian 

  • Effectively networking across the business  

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills 

  • A creative mind and the ability to think outside the box 

  • Ability to focus and consistently pursue and achieve results 

  • Successfully manages multiple high priority task simultaneously  

  • Effectively sources and analyses critical information to make decisions 

  • Strong analytical skills to process data and gather insights 

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
