The role

You will have responsibility for leading the marketing team and working towards creating the best omnichannel offer for our client’s customers.  You will implement the marketing strategy and manage the development and launch of our client’s re-brand in Ireland and the UK.  

Other responsibilities include:

• Managing expenditures in line with budgets and revenue targets 

• Developing our client’s Tone of Voice 

• Translating goals into measurable and meaningful tasks 

• Developing robust strategies and recommendations, based on insight and data 

• Implementing strategy on SEO 

• Challenging existing processes and introducing new approaches  

• Executing all Digital Media and achieving an increased presence  

• Planning and managing all Exhibitions in Ireland and overseas 

The requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, as well as…

• Extensive experience in B2B Marketing 

• Robust understanding of P&L 

• A track record of delivering profitable and sustainable growth through marketing  

• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities  

• A natural collaborator who can effectively build relationships with complex SLTs 

• Hyper-organised and ability to plan effectively 

• Passionate about quality control with excellent attention to detail 

• Experience in managing and being a team player in a small team 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
