Our client is currently looking for a Lead Sales Rep to join their team and promote their product portfolio across the US. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales expert to take their career to a new level and sell industry-leading solutions across the cybersecurity space.

Their software solutions have propelled productivity across the aerospace, building technologies, PMT and SPS sectors. Having garnered a global reputation for streamlining performance whilst ensuring safety and security, their products and services can be found on virtually every commercial, defence and space aircraft. 

The role 

As a Lead Sales Rep, you’ll own the sales strategy for key accounts, focusing on propelling our client’s brand across the cybersecurity market. You’ll focus on driving customer acquisition by building trusted, credible relationships with customers, identifying their demands, and providing quality product training sessions that present how our client’s software portfolio aligns to satisfy their business needs. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Securing high levels of customer satisfaction 

  • Learning technical and methodological requirements of product portfolio 

  • Conducting technical presentations, seminars, and workshops 

  • Delivering and reviewing regular customer reports 

  • Hitting and exceeding sales quota 

  • Coordinating and/or attending trade shows and seminars 

  • Carrying out competitive intelligence and maintaining an expert level of industry knowledge 


The requirements 

You’ll have 7+ years in an Enterprise sales role with at least 5 years in SaaS and services sales, as well as: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity sales 

  • Proven Track record in closing strategic deals and achievements against Quota 

  • Technical expertise in Information Technology (IT) and/or Operational Technology (OT) 

  • Able to build influential relationships with key customers and across organisations, including C-suite 

  • Able to synthesise complex information into simple messages 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong commercial awareness including negotiation skills 

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
