Our client is currently seeking a tech-savvy Lead Pre-sales Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company driving the energy transition across traditional and renewable energy markets.

The role 

As Lead Pre-sales Consultant, your expertise will be highly valued by the Sales team as you’ll provide a range of guidance and support, covering ADMS solutions, in-depth market knowledge, sales processes and commercial expertise. You will deliver the highest quality customer engagements, drive the sales pipeline and open new opportunities. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Driving pre-sales activity for meetings, activity, and reporting  

  • Supporting presentations at exhibitions and conferences 

  • Establishing a deep understanding of customer and business needs 

  • Understanding our client’s product portfolio and providing support for customers

  • Ensuring operational excellence for the customer base 

  • Coordinating and scheduling resources in collaboration with other departments

  • Addressing any concerns about the pre-sales function in a proactive and positive way

The requirements 

You’ll have experience in Sales & Digital Solution Architecture alongside knowledge of ADMS and/or SCADA, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 

  • Comfortable with presenting technical solutions to customers 

  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively 

  • High level business intelligence and commercial acumen 

  • Able to build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders 

  • Excellent communication and articulation skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Fluency English language, ideally a second language (German, Dutch, French..)
