The role 

As a Level 1 Site Planner your role will focus on providing technical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth installations and adherence to planning requirements. Under the guidance of a technical manager, you’ll translate requests from Sales and project management into detailed installation drawings and provide 2D & 3D CT, X-Ray & MRI drawings from sales prospects. 

Other responsibilities include:

• Delivering onsite technical visits throughout the installation process 

• Interpreting site surveys and architectural drawings 

• Maintaining office drawings standards including visual presentation 

• Ensuring smooth system configuration 

• Resolving customer queries 

• Communicating design options with stakeholders and clients 

• Working in accordance to processes and safety requirements 

• Learning and developing new skills and expertise 

• Identifying training opportunities 

 
The requirements 

This role is suitable for candidates with an AutoCAD qualification and proven experience with Autodesk Revit software system, as well as: 

• Background in a Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or Structural discipline, or HNC qualified, is desirable 

• Personable with a passion for excellent customer service 

• Able to confidently navigate Revit, Word, Excel and Outlook 

• Experience of using CRM 

• Able to present data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working individually and in a team environment

• Innovative and able to resolve challenges  

• Detail-orientated and analytical 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  

• Strong motivation, flexibility, and personal commitment 

• A valid driving licence and comfortable covering a wide territory when needed
