Are you an experienced account manager who wants to take their career to the next level? Our client is currently looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join their team in France.

The role 

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting our client’s products and supports services to their key customers whilst developing new business. You will work closely with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience is created. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Providing global business leadership and management of a global Account 

  • Developing new business approaches to create sustainable growth 

  • Regularly reporting revenue forecasts 

  • Building strong relationships with customer executives 

  • Creating long-term global accounts plan to drive our client’s portfolio, proposing solutions linked with customer strategy 

  • Delivering customer satisfaction by putting strategies and processes in place  

  • Actively partaking in marketing events to showcase the company’s solutions 

  • Carrying out competitive intelligence on your sector 


The requirements 

You’ll have 8+ years’ sales experience, with at least 5 years as a key account manager, as well as: 

  • Demonstrable track record of selling complex CAE solutions  

  • Proactive and able to credibly engage with senior level executive 

  • Impressive knowledge of highly engineering-centric industries 

  • An Engineering degree is highly desirable  

  • Highly organised and self-motivated 

  • Strong team-working ability  

  • Analytical and logical 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong commercial awareness including negotiation skills 

  • Full French driver’s license 

  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally
