Do you have a track record of top sales performance? Our client is currently looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join their team in Stockholm.

The role 

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll join a collaborative team of individuals with the focus of growing awareness of the product portfolio in an exciting group of large accounts. You’ll deliver customer satisfaction by putting strategies and processes in place to meet customer needs. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities 

  • Developing new business and seeking business growth opportunities 

  • Hitting and exceeding sales objectives 

  • Ensuring rapid responses to sales requests 

  • Resolving customer queries 

  • Building strong business relationships with all key customer groups, including C-suite 

  • Carrying out competitive intelligence on your sector 

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience is created 

  • Actively partaking in conferences and sales meetings 

 

The requirements 

You’ll have 5-10 years’ experience of B2B sales, including working with large accounts and customers in banking and insurance, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in a finance or business discipline is desirable 

  • Relevant work experience from risk and credit 

  • Excellent commercial awareness including negotiation skills 

  • Networker with an aptitude for building strong business relationships 

  • Analytical, logical, and able to work with conceptual sales 

  • Strong team-working skills with the ability to motivate and inspire  

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Fluent in English and Swedish 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)  

  • Highly self-motivated and results driven
