Are you looking to kickstart your career in medical sales? Our client is currently looking for a highly-motivated Junior Sales Associate – Visualisation to join their team.

The role

As a Junior Sales Associate – Visualisation you will be supported by a talented team of sales individuals to win new business for our client’s endoscopy portfolio. You’ll focus on managing accounts within your defined territory, driving customer acquisition and carrying out regular customer training in clinical environments. This role offers excellent career progression with the opportunity to develop into a full-time Sales Representative.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders 

  • Learning technical and methodological requirements of product portfolio

  • Presenting data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • Building a strong knowledge and understanding of hospital needs 

  • Analysing the market to identify new business opportunities 

  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of industry trends and competitor capabilities

 

The requirements

You’ll have strong commercial acumen with successful customer management experience, as well as: 

  • Proven ability to engage, influence and motivate peers 

  • Experience in a sales role is desirable 

  • Able to with demonstrate, present and train with confidence 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • High level of computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office Suite) 

  • Keen to develop both professionally and personally 

  • Flexible and willing to travel up to 20%
