Are you an engaged, innovative, and open-minded individual with excellent levels of attention to detail? Our client is currently looking for an International Sales Manager – EMEA to join their expanding team in the UK.
 

The company 

Our client produces state-of-the-art minimally invasive surgery products for the NHS and UK Private hospital sectors that enable healthcare providers to dramatically reduce costs yet retain quality and operative excellence. They ensure their customers are put first, as well as their commitment to reducing the environmental impact of plastic waste in surgery.

 

The role 

As an International Sales Manager – EMEA, you will drive sustainable financial growth and market share across the existing and future product portfolio. Managing existing and new distribution partners, you will work to achieve EMEA sales targets in line with our client’s strategic plan.

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Creating and delivering upon the EMEA sales plan 

  • Managing and fostering close relationships with distributors

  • Ensuring contractual obligations

  • Become the product expert and provide training to local networks

  • Providing in-field support to sales and marketing teams

  • Gathering local market insights

  • Supporting local tender processes to ensure maximum success

The requirements 

You’ll have a strong clinical understanding of medical devices, as well as: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences

  • Business development and/or key account management experience

  • Strong market access and reimbursement knowledge for markets across EMEA

  • Personal network of experienced distributors 

  • Experience in surgical products, preferably minimally invasive surgery

  • Computer literate (CRM management and IT knowledge)

  • Well organised, self-motivated, and strong time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and a second EU language

  • Full UK/EU passport and work permits 

  • Ideally close to a major international airport

  • Willing and flexible to travel up to 70%
