Do you have a proven track record in educating healthcare professionals within the operating room or GI suite? Our client is currently looking for a talented individual to join their team as an International Professional Education Manager. The successful candidate can be located across the UK, France, Italy, Spain, or Germany.

The role

Within this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, scheduling and leading physician training via hands on procedure and product training. The development of strong clinical and technical knowledge of procedures and procedure techniques will be key for success.

Other responsibilities include…

  • Using on and off-site facilities to maximize clinician’s exposure to our products
  • Leading the process for identifying HCP Consultants for both training and proctorship and preceptorship activities
  • Supporting wider departments within the organisation, such as marketing and sales.

The requirements

The candidate will be situated in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, or Germany and will have good accessibility to an international airport. You’ll have significant experience in educating healthcare professionals within the operating room or GI suite, as well as…

  • Degree educated in Bio-medical Engineering or similar is desirable
  • the capability to envision the application of new training methods in novel ways to solve complex medical device sales and training needs
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong presenting and training experience
  • Fluent in English language and a second European language would be desirable
  • Able to travel internationally up to 75% of working time
