Do you want to join one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world? We are currently supporting an incredibly well-respected, market-leading medical device company that is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. 

The company 

Our client is a dominant market leader in providing solutions that improve medical discovery, diagnostics, and delivery of patient care. Their core focus is on making sure healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical providers and industry partners have the innovative technologies to help advance clinical therapies for patients, clinical processes, and workflow. 

The role 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll focus on identifying, pursuing and nurturing new business opportunities in order to build the sales pipeline for our client’s portfolio of medical devices. You’ll discover prospects through outbound calls and emails and build trusted, long-term relationships with a range of clinical customers that will generate interest in the product portfolio and accelerate revenue growth. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Providing quality virtual product demonstrations 

  • Positioning the product portfolio as effective solutions to customer challenges 

  • Learning the technical and methodological requirements of the product portfolio

  • Hitting and exceeding quarterly sales quotas 

  • Supporting marketing campaigns through follow-up activities

  • Collaborating with channel partners to close deals 

  • Managing quotations and renewals 


The requirements 

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or field sales role within the medical device industry, as well as: 

  • Degree qualified in a relevant technical or scientific discipline (desirable) 

  • Motivated to work in a high performing environment 

  • Results-orientated and motivated to meet established goals

  • Customer-focused with ability to influence, listen and negotiate 

  • Highly organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Comfortable working in a virtual sales environment 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite) 

  • Driven team player 

  • Flexible and willing to travel
