The role 

Our client is continuing to experience business-wide growth and are seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join the team in an exciting and dynamic position which has clear progression into senior sales. You’ll play a crucial position in supporting the field sales team with leads, customer profiling, and marketing in addition to account management.  
Responsibilities include:  

  • Handling and assigning incoming sales leads  

  • Managing and reporting on internal management metrics  

  • Supporting social media campaigns 

  • Processing sales projects from lead generation to completion  

  • Establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Selling solutions within your sales territory  

  • Winning and supporting major customers from all industries 

The requirements 

You will have a background in sales preferably in software and services. As well as… 

  • You will be proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM software (or equivalent) 

  • Able to prospect and profile new clients through lead generation campaigns 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral  

  • Extremely driven, investigative, and curious by nature 

  • Able to think outside of the box 

  • Strong prioritisation and effective time management skills 

  • Fluent in English and German
