We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and products and to collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team.
Our client is a specialist engineering software company who supplies leading design technology as well as associated consultancy, integration, and professional services. They work in a range of markets, spanning the architecture, engineering, construction, process, and plant industries. A leading reseller in the UK, they have a core focus on technical excellence and helping their clients to enhance their project workflows.
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Inside Sales team, setting, and achieving sales goals, and developing and implementing sales strategies. You will build in-depth knowledge both commercially and of the range of solutions to create a previously unrecognised need in a customer.
Managing key sales pipelines, processes, and workflows
Preparing sales reports
Providing top-class customer service
Providing broad decision-making parameters for the department
Developing relationships with key customers and groups
Influencing thinking at the highest levels of the business
Prioritising and managing multiple tasks and projects
Producing and encouraging creative solutions to problems
Helping to shape and promote the group’s vision and values
You’ll have 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, as well as:
Strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results
Demonstrates a high level of tenacity and determination
Presents and negotiates persuasively and confidently
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
Faces and manages conflict positively and constructively
New business hunter with a drive to open new relationships
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong computer literacy skills (including CRM and Microsoft Suite)
Keen to develop personally and professionally
