Our client is experiencing phenomenal growth and following a company re-structure has introduced a brand-new HR Director role based in Cambridgeshire, covering the EMEA region. The role 

As HR Director, you will be a key member of the EMEA leadership team providing expertise and advice to the Managing Director and business leaders. You will devise, lead and implement an HR strategy that delivers world-class standards of excellence and drives business performance across EMEA. 


The requirements

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in HR Leadership in an international setting, as well as… 

  • Degree level educated, MBA would be preferable

  • Ability to lead an HR Function at a strategic level 

  • Extensive experience of working for a technology/IT services business is a must 

  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, and negotiate at all levels

  • Able to communicate across stakeholders to gain buy-in, change thinking, and drive collaboration

  • A track record of supporting businesses grow and develop though organic and inorganic routes 

  • Strategic thinker and hands-on approach to leadership 

  • Highly accountable and contributes beyond your role function  

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
