FMC Smart Industry continue to support world leaders in software solutions for the energy and industrial market sectors. Our client is a leading software vendor providing Environmental Health & Safety and Risk Management solutions. They strive to achieve operational excellence with the goal of developing a safer, more sustainable, and productive world.
The product can serve a diverse number of sectors, from oil, gas, and petrochemical through to discrete manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government and many more.
As HR Business Partner, you will work with the global HR team to provide a proactive, people centric service, supporting colleagues and managers across the region. You will support the business to deliver HR strategies for workforce planning, resourcing, performance management, development, and process improvement.
You’ll have at least 5 years of experience in German Human Resources including change and talent management expertise. Relevant industry experience or post-merger integration is a plus.
