Are you a healthcare professional with a passion for helping others and a knack for problem-solving? Our client is currently looking for a Healthcare Senior Account Manager to join their team and drive Therapeutic and Diagnostic Imaging Capital equipment to the healthcare sector.  

The company 

Our client has been well-established for over 30 years in the veterinary market across the UK and Ireland and has a rapidly expanding position distributing leading x-ray, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser equipment in the healthcare market. With our client’s small team of healthcare professionals, vets, engineers and account managers they’re able to offer a professional, empowering service and the best possible care to their patients.  


The role 

As a Healthcare Account Manager, you’ll utilise your consultative sales skills to seek out potential new customers and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders via phone, email, and social media. You will use our client’s network of equipment demonstrators to visit clients when required. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to increase business with existing clients 

  • Communicating the benefits and value of the company’s products or services to clients 

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients 

  • Bringing sales opportunities through to completion  

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients 

  • Working alongside the technical team 


The requirements 

You will have a medical sales background, as well as… 

  • Strong track record seeking out new business 

  • The ability to identify and close sales opportunities 

  • Comfortable working with an average order value of circa £10,000+ VAT 

  • Interest in Sports/Physiotherapy 

  • Passionate about our client’s mission

  • Aligned cultural fit with the team 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
