Our client is a rapidly growing construction vendor blazing new trails across the construction space. They are currently seeking an experienced Head of Sales Operations to join their team and expand the customer adoption of their portfolio of solutions.

Following a huge investment in 2021, our client is accelerating its organic growth strategy to connect the construction supply chain through its Cloud Platform. They are addressing the pace of digitalisation and productivity issues and are providing solutions that go beyond functional and organisational boundaries.
As Head of Sales Operations, you’ll develop a world-class strategy that will create pipelines of new opportunities for our client’s software solutions across the globe. Your analytical ability will be highly valued by the sales team – your role will be critical to identifying and understanding industry trends in order to provide unique market insights and data-driven decision making. You’ll lead the sales team to expand our client’s presence across the construction space, driving long-term growth and fuelling customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will be a charismatic self-starter with a demonstrable ability to open new relationships and expand existing ones where appropriate. Proven success in a Sales Operations role, with a track record of delivering change and development, is crucial to this role.
