Are you a driven and experienced professional with an understanding of business drivers for early-stage tech companies? Our multi award-winning client is currently looking for a Growth Account Executive to join their fast-growing company in London.

Our client provides a fast-developing communications platform that is used by over 100,000 developers worldwide. They are passionate about providing communications APIs that enable developers to seamlessly connect their applications to emails, calendars and contact providers across the globe. 

 

The role 

As a Growth Account Executive, you’ll be focused on closing inbound leads and prospecting in SME businesses all over the world. Within the role, you’ll manage multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle and work towards achieving an average sales cycle of 30 days.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Engaging with inbound leads and building your sales pipeline 

  • Meeting and exceeding quota

  • Generating fresh leads and delivering accurate sales forecasts  

  • Performing product demonstrations to prospective customers  

  • Working cross functionally with teams across the business

  • Ensuring the best customer experience both pre and post sales

 

The requirements 

You’ll have 2+ years’ experience delivering software sales, as well as: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Desire to work within a quickly growing small team environment  

  • Able to quickly learn new product knowledge, prospecting tools, and techniques  

  • Background and passion in technology or software

  • A track record of exceeding quota and a strong closing ability  

  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders within organisations

  • Experience managing team pipelines

  • Able to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines

  • Confident presentation and demonstration skills 

  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry is a bonus
