Are you a driven and experienced senior professional with exceptional sales skills? Our client is currently looking for a Growth Account Executive Manager to join their team in London.


The company

Our client is a fast-developing communications platform that is used by over 100,000 developers worldwide. They are passionate about providing communications APIs that enable developers to seamlessly connect their applications to emails, calendars and contact providers across the globe. 


The role

As a Growth Account Executive Manager, you’ll lead a UK based team of Growth Account Executives and ensure that our client’s mission is communicated to prospects (200-500 employees) all over the world. Within the role, you’ll help to refine the company strategy to attract even more customers as well as focusing on strategic planning, managing sales people, and improving existing processes.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding quota 

  • Creating processes that will shorten the sales cycles 

  • Improving outbound messaging and strategy  

  • Accurately forecasting and reporting on revenue performance 

  • Working cross functionally with teams across the business  

  • Ensuring the best customer experience both pre and post sales 

  • Identifying skill and knowledge gaps for each of your Account Executives  

  • Mentoring your team and building a structured learning framework  


The requirements

You’ll have 1-2+ years’ experience managing B2B closing teams selling software to inside sales accounts, as well as:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent  

  • Background and passion in technology or software  

  • A background or experience in management  

  • Track record of exceeding quota 

  • Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders within organisations 

  • Experience with navigating negotiation, legal and procurement processes 

  • Experience managing team pipelines  

  • Able to lead teams that consistently close new business  

  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational and time-management skills 

  • Computer literate (MS Office, SalesLoft) 

  • Demonstrable success hitting and exceeding quota goals

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  

  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry is a bonus
