Are you a passionate graduate ready to break into the medical device sales industry? We are supporting our client in their search for a Graduate Medical Sales Associate to join their team in Central London. Within this role, you will be given the core skills needed for your foundation that will help you kick start your medical device sales career and fast-track your progression! 
The company 

Our client is a huge blue-chip organisation known across the medical, surgical, and orthopaedic world. They offer innovative products and services to improve patient and hospital outcomes including medical and surgical equipment, orthopaedics, neurotechnology, training and education. 
The role 

As a Graduate Medical Sales Associate, you will support all products in our client’s Visualisation Equipment portfolio and will be responsible for covering Central London. You will focus on developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and taking an active part in customer education in the field. You will pursue business opportunities to grow our client’s business in targeted accounts. 


Other responsibilities include… 

  • Learning and practising the techniques required to grow the volume within your territory 

  • Learning to manage business accounts within exciting sales territory 

  • Becoming responsible for day to day running of key accounts and supporting other sales managers 

  • Understanding stock issues, instrument requirements, and organising kit loans 

  • Carrying out customer training, learning to provide guidance on the use of products 


The requirements 

You will ideally have sales experience, but this is not essential. Our client are looking for someone who is passionate and driven and wants to kick-start their medical device sales career. Other requirements include: 


  • Degree educated in a Medical, Scientific, or Sports discipline 

  • Keen to learn and develop technical knowledge 

  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology 

  • High intellect and self-driven 

  • Strong commercial drive with good analytical skills 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships 

  • Well-developed presentation skills 

  • Able to manage tasks independently 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office) 

  • Driving Licence to cover within the M25 

  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly
