The role 

We are seeking a Graduate Medical Sales Associate to support hospitals across Nottingham and the surrounding area, under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager. Within this role, you will be responsible for effectively marketing our client’s products, consulting with new and existing customers and gaining full knowledge of the product portfolio. You will ensure high standard customer service, manage resources within sales, and undertake the necessary administrative duties.

The requirements 

We are seeking an individual who has an enthusiastic approach with a passion for this sector, but more importantly, someone who will also culturally fit in with the team and brand. 


Flexibility and a will to succeed will be required for this role, as the nature of orthopaedics can determine the hours you work and will involve working on a Saturday. 


You will ideally live within 30 minutes of Nottingham, as well as: 

  • Degree Educated within a scientific/medical or relevant discipline 

  • Keen to learn and develop  

  • Well-developed computer literacy skills 

  • Problem solver with drive and enthusiasm  

  • Strong business acumen with good analytical skills  

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships 

  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude, with a drive to succeed 

  • Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate 

  • A clinical understanding of how to speak to surgeons/healthcare professionals
