The role 

As a Global Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our business and contributing to core product management activities and global collaboration to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainable growth. You will work with a variety of business functions to identify key customer needs, go-to-market plans, and marketing portfolio strategies across the globe. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Expanding the product and service portfolio and developing marketing strategies 

  • Identifying user needs to increase clinical and economic value to the business 

  • Specifying, sponsoring, and launching new devices that drive new technology  

  • Managing the entire product life cycle  


The requirements 

You’ll have a minimum of 3 relevant experience in Marketing, Engineering, Consulting or similar, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration  

  • Experience in launching new products globally in the medical device industry 

  • Exposure to new product development, marketing, product innovation and strategic marketing  

  • Able to take initiative and provide tangible solutions 

  • Self-motivated with a track record of establishing and executing goals 

  • Effectively leading cross-functional teams across geographies 

  • Enjoys building relationships with team members across the globe 

  • Strong analytical skills  

  • Able to work independently and remotely with speed and execution  

  • Works well under pressure 

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

  • Medical device or healthcare product management experience is preferred 

  • Experience delivering medical consumables within the healthcare regulatory constraints is desirable
