Do you want to be a part of a global organisation with high professional standards working to shape the future of medical devices? Our client is looking for a Global Product Manager to join their fast growing and exciting medical device company in Denmark.

Our client is a global company that develops, manufactures, and sells medical devices to help save lives. There innovative solutions optimise workflow, reduce costs, and improve patient care within Endoscopy, Neurology, Cardiology, Airway Management and Anaesthesia. Millions of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide depend on the functionality and performance of our client’s products.  

The role 

As Global Product Manager you’ll be working at the very heart of our client’s operations. As they continue to roll out their state-of-the-art medical devices within Airway Management across the globe, you will be tasked with increasing business opportunities and penetration worldwide.  

You’ll be an expert in our client’s product portfolio and your responsibilities include: 

  • Developing fact-based product requirements based on market research 

  • Supporting both market analysis and new product design specifications  

  • Developing value proposition and strong messaging strategy  

  • Taking responsibility of product portfolio through the entire product lifecycle 

  • Obtaining the ambitious growth of your product range and include this within launch activities 

  • Driving product life cycle management with insights about customer needs  

  • Ensuring timely development of new products, line extensions, improvements etc.  

  • Developing clinical and health economic data to support the products  
     

The requirements 

You’ll have a solid commercial, technical and clinical understanding of airway management and at least 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager. 

Other requirements include: 

  • Degree level educated in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline 

  • Deep experience and knowledge of airway anatomy  

  • Anesthesia nurse background would be desirable  

  • Strong track record in a product management or clinical applications role 

  • Experience from the medical device industry, ideally from visualisation and gastroenterology 

  • Able to learn new therapeutic areas fast  

  • Strong commercial mindset 

  • Able to translate user needs into messaging and product benefits  

  • Previous experience in International markets 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Detail orientated and analytical 

  • Open-minded, strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude  

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently  

  • Motivated by taking the company on a journey   

  • Flexible working is available
