As a Field Technical Support individual, you’ll provide support across London, UK.

The role 

As a Field Service Support individual, you’ll provide training to Orthopaedic surgeons, operating room staff and procurement departments across the NHS. You will be responsible for covering cases, training theatre staff, and meeting the needs of the hospital under the guidance of the Area Manager and Regional Business Manager. 

Other responsibilities include… 

  • Achieving all KPIs as set by the line manager in line with business demands

  • Covering cases and advising on our client’s product portfolio 

  • Developing a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology

  • Guiding clinical decisions for both new and existing customers 

  • Training theatre staff and new employees

  • Understanding and adhering to hospital and theatre policies

The requirements 

You’ll have a theatre/scrub background or experience gained across a physiotherapy background, this could be highly transferable to this position, as well as… 

  • Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology 

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organise your diary 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly 

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office) 

  • Full UK driving licence held for 3 years or more  

  • Located in the North London Territory ideally 

  • Willing and flexible to work weekends when necessary
