Are you passionate about developing high-value content and promoting industry leading products in a dynamic team environment? We are looking for a Field Marketing Professional to join their driven team in the US.  

The company 

FMC are currently supporting a global leader in the AEC software space with a particular emphasis on promoting the digitalisation of the construction industry. With more than 50 years’ experience, they provide innovative tools for designing and building structures and are immensely respected in the market.  


The role 

As Field Marketing Professional, you will develop and implement marketing collateral for all defined target groups to generate new leads and maximise the potential of upselling to existing customers.  

You will be committed to making a powerful impact on the business and the industry through digital product, online and offline campaigns, national events, and marketing materials for all sales channels.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Planning and implementing local campaigns 

  • Creating sales support marketing materials for internal stakeholders 

  • Organising national events as well as trade fairs 

  • Designing and implementing lead generation processes 

  • Steering external service providers towards lead generation and qualification 

  • Preparing KIP’s and reporting on all campaigns 

  • Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to design marketing measures 

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations, guidelines, and requirements of the company  


The requirements 

You will have several years of demonstrated B2B sales marketing experience. Other requirements include: 

  • Degree level educated in Marketing or subject related  

  • Ideally have experience with Marketing Automation Software and CRM Systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)  

  • Experience in social media management  

  • Results and customer oriented worth ethic 

  • Strong work ethic paired with creative curiosity  

  • Passionate about producing high-quality marketing collateral 

  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects 

  • Consistently self-motivated and driven 

  • Very good communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Excellent US English language skills  

  • Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments
