Job description | Do you have a strong technical understanding of powertrain testing facilities? Our client is investing in a significant new facility that will double its powertrain test offerings, cementing its position as the market leader. They are now looking for a Facilities Engineer to join their team in Buckinghamshire and ensure all requirements are met in order to deliver industry-leading service.

They aim to provide the very best in testing and quality assurance to companies across the world which they are achieving through their extensive testing capabilities and facilities. One of their core markets is the testing of parts for automotive OEMs and tier suppliers, testing combustion engines, powertrains and more. They are incredibly well respected in the powertrain industry, and this is an area of huge growth for the company.
The role As Facilities Engineer you’ll make sure that facility efficiency, safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements are met to deliver industry-leading service across two test facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest level as well as taking part in fault-finding activities and equipment upgrades. Your core focus will be leading the assessment, commissioning, and maintenance of either mechanical or electrical equipment. Responsibilities include:
