Our client is an engineering software powerhouse that put R&D, M&A activity, and brand enhancement at the forefront of its innovation strategy, propelling them ahead of its competitors. More recently, leading the way in Digital Twin, IoT, and simulation design and modelling software, they have thousands of customers based across the world. 

The role 

As an Enterprise Success Lead, you will work closely with our customers to identify their unique drivers and needs, and leverage the value in our client’s solutions to meet their business requirements and expand their use of the product portfolio. You’ll provide hands-on assistance, teaching and leadership to junior teams to drive improvements and best practices. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Building strong, trusted, and influential relationships with strategic customers 

  • Developing relationships across all tiers of the company and customer teams 

  • Providing tailored advice and unique industry insights to the customer 

  • Becoming a product expert to provide training and guidance based on customer need 

  • Increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent retention rates 

  • Drafting problem statements and offering effective solutions 

  • Providing feedback to customers to streamline service and product delivery 

  • Overseeing customer account management 


The requirements 

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in a consultancy, account management and/or customer success role. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CS, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant discipline (or equivalent experience) 

  • Detailed understanding of the SaaS space 

  • Excellent networker and able to build high-level relationships at all levels, including C-suite 

  • A natural leader with a demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and inspire a sales team 

  • Organised and able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment 

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Highly charismatic and influential 

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare documentation and training 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (including MS Office Suite) 

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical ability 

  • Passionate about developments in construction technology 

  • Flexible and willing to travel
