Job description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Solution Manager with a track record of success at an enterprise level to join their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to sell technology blazing new trails in the construction landscape.

Following a huge investment in 2021, our client is accelerating its organic growth strategy to connect the construction supply chain through its Cloud Platform. They are addressing the pace of digitalisation and productivity issues and are providing solutions that go beyond functional and organisational boundaries.

The role 

As an Enterprise Solution Manager, you will build relationships with and create detailed account plans for a network of construction industry professionals across the UK, including C-level stakeholders. You’ll utilise a consultative approach, maintaining an expert-level understanding of our client’s solutions to align them with customers’ priorities and position the company ahead of industry competitors. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Managing and maintaining sales pipeline growth 

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 

  • Hitting and exceeding sales quota 

  • Utilising social media platforms to build brand awareness 

  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer responsiveness 

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Lead Generation teams 

  • Carrying out competitive intelligence of the construction sector 


The requirements 

You’ll have a proven track record of generating and closing deals with annual recurring revenue of £50k – £250k, as well as: 

  • Background of new business solution sales with extensive B2B sales experience 

  • Experience in the AEC space at enterprise-level sales 

  • Experience in the commerce technology sector to construction e.g. estimation, take-off, financing 

  • Proven record of consulting with and presenting to C-suite 

  • Strong financial and business acumen 

  • High-level knowledge of the construction industry 

  • Awareness of business operations and business strategy  

  • Team player with effective collaboration skills  

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills   

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Flexible and willing to travel across the territory
