We are currently supporting a leading software company who provide software solutions and consultancy services to companies around the globe. Due to growth, they are now looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team in the US and support their expansion.

The role

Due to growth, our client is now looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team in North America. This is a remote working role.

As Enterprise Sales Manager you’ll be focused on selling a range of PLM and PPM applications across a wide range of industries. You’ll manage the full sales cycle and will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing software proposals and demonstrations and negotiating and closing business. The ultimate aim of this role is to expand the business in the North American market.

The requirements

You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in an enterprise software sales role and will have experience with selling high-value, complex software solutions. Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject
  • Experience with and knowledge of complex manufacturing software
  • Experience with PLM and PPM technologies
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets (ideally over $2m annually)
  • Demonstrable track record selling high-value software
  • Able to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Able to confidently communicate with senior, executive level stakeholders
  • Hunter mentality and able to close new business
  • Strong relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent understanding of technical environments
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation software
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to travel across North America when required

This role will cover New York, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and Seattle.
