Are you a highly-skilled sales individual with an impressive track record of solution-orientated sales? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our client’s growing Enterprise Sales team covering strategic business development and sales across Europe.

Their software solutions have propelled productivity across the aerospace, building technologies, MMM and Oil & Gas sectors. Having garnered a global reputation for streamlining performance whilst ensuring safety and security, their products and services can be found on virtually every commercial, defence and space aircraft. 

 
The role

This Enterprise Sales Lead is a newly created position within the business. In this role, you will prospect and qualify our client’s digital transformation opportunities for 6-7 large global accounts. You will bring your sales expertise and adapt to different client environments, customising solutions to meet their unique needs and objectives. You need to build influential relationships with a diverse customer base and deliver an exceptional level of customer responsiveness.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Creating world-class strategic value propositions for the customers 

  • Driving new business and market expansion 

  • Presenting solutions and technical information 

  • Translating technical information into simple terms  

  • Fostering the highest regard and respect at all levels 

  • Engaging with sales and marketing functions to support sales growth 

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

 

The requirements

You’ll have extensive experience in strategic and consultative Business Development, Sales and Account Management selling into Process Manufacturing industries, as well as:

  • Degree Educated in a relevant discipline 

  • Experience working in Process Manufacturing industries such as Oil & Gas, Metals, Mining, or Chemicals  

  • Experience developing strategic value propositions 

  • A background in closing large deal sizes and driving sales growth

  • Experience working, communicating, and negotiating with C-level stakeholders 

  • Able to handle multiple prioritises and navigate a highly matrixed environment  

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented 

  • Demonstrable awareness of good and bad business opportunities 

  • A natural forward planner 

  • Strong computer literacy skills (including MS Office and Salesforce) 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% internationally and domestically
