Do you have excellent creative deal-making and negotiation skills? Our client is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join their dynamic and motivated team across the US.

FMC Smart Industry continue to support world leaders in software solutions for the energy and industrial market sectors. Our client is a leading software vendor providing Environmental Health & Safety and Risk Management solutions. They strive to achieve operational excellence to develop a safer, more sustainable, and more productive world. The product can serve a diverse number of sectors, from oil, gas, and petrochemical to discrete manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, government and many more. 

The role 

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new enterprise business opportunities; initially, phone-based sales, identifying client pain points and securing and arranging face-to-face meetings. As a business, they're hugely people-centric and are dedicated to excellent customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Within this role, you will be the personification of our client's products and value proposition and join a team that is responsible for driving enormous growth within the business. 

Other responsibilities include… 

  • Achieving yearly sales targets and driving revenue growth across the business 

  • Discovering new business opportunities and identifying pain points 

  • Completing activities such as cold calling, and attending conferences and trade shows 

  • Maintaining accurate forecasts and closing business promptly 

  • Delivering solution presentations to key customers 

  • Developing enterprise software license proposals and negotiating contracts 

  • Understanding of our client's product portfolio and their value proposition 

 

The requirements 

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000, as well as… 

  • Demonstrable success in closing large and complex sales 

  • An understanding of the product sales cycle and their challenges 

  • Excellent creative deal-making and negotiation skills 

  • Strong new business hunter with a track record closing major deals 

  • Listens to customers and provides the highest level of service

  • Able to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with stakeholders 

  • Team-oriented and excels in a complex organisation 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office) 

  • Willing and flexible to travel up to 50%
