Job description

We are supporting a global leader in the Digital Construction space in their search for a hungry, ambitious, and entrepreneurial sales individual to join their team as an Enterprise Account Executive in Paris, France.

The construction vertical is ripe for technological innovation. Construction impacts the lives of nearly everyone in the world, and yet it’s one of the least digitised industries. Our client is leading the market with their SaaS construction software that helps businesses more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centres, airports, housing complexes and more.   

We are looking for someone ready to take on this exciting challenge and join one of the highest-performing sales teams in the AEC space.  


The role 

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ product portfolio, sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and processes to build the customer base and sell into new accounts in the construction industry. You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and emphasise the new product portfolio to the customer base.  

Other responsibilities include… 

  • Following up with new prospects from inbound leads or customer requests 

  • Building territory development plans to help build rapport and create opportunities 

  • Researching and identifying key accounts and generate interest  

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date forecasts 

  • Recording accurate information with the CRM system 

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets 

  • Obtaining new and repeat business through communicating the value proposition  

  • Delivering product demonstrations and executing service agreements  

The requirements 

You’ll have 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales preferably B2B, as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience 

  • Desire to sell into new markets 

  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired 

  • Proven track record of success in an inside-sales roles  

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers 

  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Able to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office and CRM systems) 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce 

  • Fluent in English and French  

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)  

  • International travel may be required
