Our client is seeking a highly-skilled Engineering Manager to join their team in the USA and help shape the future of sustainable energy.

The role 

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the design and development activities for our client’s innovative renewable natural gas solutions. You will execute the technical and operational analysis of each project, bringing your technical expertise to design, implement and refine processes. You will also play a crucial role in technology evaluation – you’ll gather competitive intelligence in the RNG sectors and provide improvements to existing technologies through analysis of the market. 

Other responsibilities include: 

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives 

• Acting as a lead change agent, able to channel resources effectively  

• Delivering projects on time and to budget  

• Ensuring operational excellence for the customer base 

• Coordinating the management of multiple projects and integrating engineers 

• Supporting the growth of the portfolio through alliances and acquisitions  

The requirements 

You’ll have 5+ years of experience in engineering design in the agricultural, energy, chemicals or other asset-intensive process industries, as well as: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Agricultural, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering 

• Demonstrable experience in operations management or support 

• Direct Experience in RNG project development and construction is desirable 

• Exceptional IT proficiency (including Microsoft Suite) 

• Able to integrate and empower engineering teams in a fast-paced, technical environment 

• Innovative and able to resolve challenges 

• Analytical and methodological 

• Flexible and willing to travel
