| Job description | Are you looking for an exciting new role working with a global software business where you can autonomy and influence to drive change? Do you want to work for a leading software company in the automotive engineering space? My client is seeking a Head of Product Management with Software (On premise & SaaS) experience in the Automotive Engineering space to help lead the evolution into new markets with an enhanced SaaS offering.
The role The role offers a blend of technical, strategic, and commercial responsibility. Tasks include owning and creating a forward-thinking product strategy and taking overall responsibility for the success of the product team. As a key component of the leadership team working directly with the MD you will help ensure the portfolio is being utilised to its full potential by their customers with the emphasis on driving the business forward. It is likely the remit will expand, with marketing comms and support likely to report into the position. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to make changes, as they will be expected to make a high degree of impact. To find success in this role, you will be a dynamic, engaging individual with an outstanding ability to communicate and motivate at all levels. The candidate must be forward thinking, strategic and have a commercial mindset.
