The role 

As Director of EHS Software and Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for contributing and leading certain EHS projects for current and new customers. In addition, you’ll act as a trusted partner and strategic thought leader for all our client’s customers, providing the very best in support.  

Other responsibilities include: 

• Leading relationships with customers in the US  

• Delivering the full spectrum of our clients’ software platforms and services  

• Understanding US customer needs and working to expand our portfolio  

• Engaging with key senior-level individuals to align strategic priorities 

• Organising and presenting at conferences and webinars  

The requirements 

You’ll have 15+ years progressive experience in an EHS consulting, Corporate or Divisional EHS leadership role. Other requirements include: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, safety, science, business, or a related subject  

• Experience with an EHS Software platform is required 

• Demonstrable track record in account management  

• Able to build long-term, strategic customer relationships  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail 

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 

• Multilingual would be advantageous  

• Willing and flexible to travel up to 30%
