Job description

Our client is currently seeking a Director for Ecosystem and Partners to join their team and be a strong and influential voice in transforming the customer experience across the grid industries. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in building and executing commercial growth strategies in the space.

The role 

As a Director – Ecosystem & Partners, you will focus on top line growth across EMEA by identifying and executing a sales strategy and company business plan. You will promote the broader vision, mission and values of the organisation and forge genuine top-to-top partners relationships and establish common objectives.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Developing a world class partner ecosystem 

  • Building strong productive relationships with stakeholders

  • Driving a culture of performance and accountability  

  • Representing the organisation at business sector events 

  • Developing and executing key account plans with the sales teams 

  • Coaching and mentoring others in the business 

 
The requirements 

You’ll have significant experience in Business Development, Sales and Partner Ecosystem management, as well as:

  • Degree educated from an accredited university or college

  • Experience managing forecasts and consistently delivering to plan 

  • Strong domain expertise of the Utilities market 

  • A strong network of relationships in the space 

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to draw out different perspectives 

  • Leads with transparency  

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Not afraid to ask for help when needed 

  • Ability to travel through the region (40%+) 

 

This is a remote working role. Location can be Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
