The role 

As a Digital Services and Connectivity Engineer, you’ll identify the needs in terms of digital services and connectivity for current and future projects.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying potential suppliers for digital services and connectivity  

  • Specifying requirements of the needed products  

  • Evaluating both connectivity and digital services  

  • Integrating current and future legal requirements into product development 

  • Tracking selected solutions and components development 

The requirements 

You will have a good understanding of automotive communication protocols and diagnosis and calibration standards, as well as… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject (ideally Mechatronics) 

  • Strong technical understanding of the automotive industry 

  • Excellent understanding of electric vehicle architecture 

  • Experience in communication network development  

  • Understanding of subsystems and functionalities 

  • Passionate about automotive technologies and emerging trends 

  • Familiarity with embedded software programming desirable 

  • Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team 

  • Creative problem solver, good planning and tracking abilities  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
