Job description

Following significant international growth, our client is seeking a motivated Digital Project Manager to join their team as they expand into new regions across the globe. This is an excellent opportunity for a savvy individual who can hit the ground running and is passionate about managing cutting-edge technology projects.

Our client is the world-leading cloud-based software tool that provides advanced calculations and analytics for sustainable building design and construction. Our client’s software helps building professionals make informed decisions about the environmental impact of their projects, and to design and construct buildings that are more sustainable and environmentally friendly. 

 
The role 
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project’s overall success, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the project timeline and quality expectations. You will manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or more product lines and will be responsible for contract adherence, revenue recognition, forecasting, and change management.  

Other responsibilities include… 

  • Working to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals 

  • Assessing project issues and developing resolutions 

  • Managing project expectations and delegating responsibilities 

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, resources, and budgets 

  • Conducting project meetings  

  • Facilitating regular operational reviews of project performance 

  • Mentoring and supervising your project team 

 

The requirements 
You’ll have 3+ years of operational experience, as well as… 

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus 

  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes 

  • Ability to lead up, across and down multiple organisations 

  • Comfortable engaging with business leaders  

  • Displays confidence and credibility in front of stakeholders 

  • Solid experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies 

  • Previous experience in the heavy materials industry is a plus 

  • Comfortable operating across multiple time zones outside of your normal working day is essential 

  • Located in Bristol 

  • Flexible and willing to travel across the UK and Europe on a monthly basis
