The role 

As a Cyber Technical Solution Consultant, you’ll be presented with a variety of challenges that utilise your technical expertise, from architecting and designing our client’s range of innovative security solutions to presenting them to market. You will provide crucial sales support – you’ll be an expert in the software portfolio and build strong relationships with customers to gain a detailed insight into their business needs and tailor products into compelling solutions that meet their requirements. 

Other responsibilities include: 

• Developing a strong understanding of the product portfolio 

• Collaborating with functions across the business to achieve objectives, including sales and business development 

• Forming and maintaining successful customer and supplier relationships 

• Defining clear and robust approaches 

• Deliver on projects on time and to budget

• Achieving customer satisfaction and resolving customer queries 

• Leading customer-facing demonstrations 

• Carrying out competitive intelligence and maintaining an expert level of industry knowledge 

The requirements 

You’ll have 5 + years of experience in industrial networking or industrial cyber technology, as well as: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant discipline 

• OT experience is a must 

• Demonstrable experience designing cyber security technologies and solutions 

• Extensive knowledge of Current Industry Network and security Standards (including IEC 62443, NIST, and NERC CIP operating system) 

• Track record in a combined pre-sales, technical sales support, or application engineering role 

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious 

• Innovative and able to resolve challenges  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
